Accept the ones you want
A small credit fee (₹1 = 1 credit, never more than ₹100) unlocks the customer’s number, and the job is then yours — no other professional can take it. You see the exact cost before you accept, and if you do not accept, you pay nothing.

Is it really free to join?
Yes. Signing up, keeping a profile and seeing job requests near you cost nothing. Credits are used only when you accept a request and see the customer’s details.
What happens if the customer never answers?
Report it from the job and we will ask the customer. If they confirm you never connected, your credits are returned. If they say the work was done, the fee stands.
Do I need GST or a shop?
No. You need an Aadhaar, a PAN and a mobile number. Most professionals on XpertWorker work on their own without a registered shop.
How many other professionals see the same request?
A request goes to a small number of professionals nearby who offer that service. The moment one accepts, it closes to everyone else — nobody pays for a job that is already taken.
Can I pause requests when I am busy?
Yes. Turn your availability off from the dashboard at any time, and turn it back on when you are free. It does not affect your rating or your plan.
When do I get paid?
The customer pays you directly, for the work, on the terms the two of you agree. XpertWorker is never in the middle of that payment.
