How credits work
You add credits to your wallet whenever you want. There is no minimum and nothing expires on a schedule.

Accepting a job request
Credits are taken from your wallet at the moment you accept a request and see the customer’s contact details. That is the only thing credits are used for.
Every request shows its price before you accept
What a request costs depends on the type of work and how busy your area is at that moment. Busy times cost a little more, quiet times less — and the exact number is printed on the request, before you decide.
A job request never costs more than

One honest thing, so there is no surprise later
Credits pay for reaching the customer — not for the job being completed. The moment you accept, the customer’s number is yours and no other professional can take that job from you. But the customer may still not answer, change their mind, or get the work done some other way. If that happens, the credits you spent are not returned. That is exactly why one request is kept cheap and capped, instead of us taking a commission on your work.
