The moment you accept, the customer’s number is yours and no other professional can take that job from you. But the customer may still not answer, change their mind, or get the work done some other way. If that happens, the credits you spent are not returned. That is exactly why one request is kept cheap and capped, instead of us taking a commission on your work.
