The only money that leaves your wallet is the credit fee in step 5. Everything the customer pays you is yours.

Sign up with your mobile number
Enter your mobile number and verify it with an OTP. Then tell us your trade, the services you offer, the area you work in, and how far you are willing to travel. It takes about five minutes.

Confirm who you are
Upload your Aadhaar card, PAN card and a clear selfie. Our team reviews them and typically responds within 24 to 48 hours. This step confirms your identity — it is not a test or certification of your skills. Your documents are encrypted and are seen only by our verification team.

Add money to your wallet (₹1 = 1 credit)
Credits are what let you accept a job request. Add ₹100 and you get 100 credits — no tax and no service charge on top. You top up whenever you choose. There is no compulsory fee and no minimum.

See job requests near you
When a customer near you asks for your trade, the request appears in your dashboard. You can see the type of work and the general area before you decide anything.

Accept the ones you want
Accepting a request uses credits from your wallet and reveals the customer’s contact details. The job then becomes yours — no other professional can take it. You see the exact cost first, you are never obliged to accept, and you are only charged for the ones you do accept. To be straight with you: those credits pay for reaching the customer, not for the job being completed. If the customer does not answer or changes their mind, they are not returned. That is why each request is kept cheap and capped.

Quote your own price
You contact the customer, understand the job, and decide what to charge. XpertWorker does not set, suggest, or approve your price, and takes no share of it.

Do the work and get paid
The customer pays you directly for the work you do. XpertWorker never charges the customer and never handles their money.

Am I an employee of XpertWorker?
No. You are an independent professional. You choose which work to take, what to charge, and when to work. We only connect you with customers nearby.
Do you guarantee me work?
No. We cannot promise any number of job requests or any level of income. How much work you see depends on what customers near you are asking for.
Does the customer pay XpertWorker?
Never. The customer pays you directly for the work. We do not charge the customer anything.
