Money
Who decides how much I charge?
You do. You speak to the customer and quote your own price. XpertWorker does not set, suggest, or approve your price.
How do I get paid?
The customer pays you directly for the work you do. We never handle the customer’s money.
Do you take a commission?
No. We take no share of what you charge, and there is no compulsory monthly or yearly fee. Paid plans exist, but they are optional and you can stay on the free plan for as long as you like.
Then what do I actually pay for?
Credits, and only when you accept a job request and see the customer’s contact details. If you do not accept a request, it costs you nothing.
One honest thing: credits pay for reaching the customer, not for the job being completed. Once you accept, that job is yours and no other professional can take it. But if the customer does not answer or changes their mind, the credits you spent are not returned. That is why one request is kept cheap and capped.
How much is a credit worth?
₹1 = 1 credit. If you add ₹100 to your wallet, you get 100 credits — no tax and no service charge is added on top.
What if the number is wrong, or the customer never answers?
It can happen, and we will not pretend otherwise: the credits you spent to accept that request are not returned. Please do report it to us from the Contact page — we look into accounts that are reported, and this is how we find customers who waste professionals’ time. It is also why the cost of a single request is kept small and capped.
Does the customer pay XpertWorker anything?
No. XpertWorker never charges the customer.
Getting verified
Which documents do I need?
Your Aadhaar card, your PAN card, and a clear selfie.
What does the check actually confirm?
It confirms your identity — that you are who you say you are. It is not a test, rating or certification of your skills, and we never present it as one.
How long does it take?
Our team usually reviews documents within 24 to 48 hours. We notify you when the review is done.
Is my personal data safe?
Your documents are encrypted and are seen only by our verification team. We never share them.
Working
Am I an employee of XpertWorker?
No. You are an independent professional. You decide which work to take, what to charge, and when to work.
Do you guarantee me work or income?
No. We cannot promise any number of job requests or any level of earnings. What you see depends on what customers near you are asking for.
Can I change where I work?
Yes. You choose your area and how far you will travel, and you can change it any time from your profile.
Do I have to accept every request?
No. You are never obliged to accept a request, and declining one costs you nothing.
